Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's product catalog, do a good job in company customer maintenance, new customer development and new product development;
2. Assist the marketing department in sorting out market industry information, customer group information collection, research and market forecast, and regularly do a good job in customer management and customer service.
3. Formulate monthly sales plans and sales budgets, regularly follow up sales progress, and help achieve corporate sales goals;
4. Assist the marketing department in planning market development strategies and promoting the company's product brand influence ;
5. Regularly visit customers, establish customer relationships (telephone calls, visits, WeChat, etc.), and keep records of meetings and visits;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, sales experience in fine chemical industry is preferred, and chemistry major is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in semiconductor material industry;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, customer negotiation skills, and independent problem-solving skills, with Positive and pioneering spirit;
4. Strong learning ability, proactive in work, need to cooperate with irregular business trips;
5. Teamwork spirit.
