Responsibilities:
1. Independently carry out the project of photosensitive high temperature resistant polymer;
2. Design, synthesize resin, develop and evaluate the photosensitive formula;
3. Actively cooperate with the customer's evaluation, improve and perfect the formula in time;
4. After completing the small test, support the product scale-up mass production.
5. Report to the vice president of research and development, and complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer, chemical engineering, materials, etc.;
2. Experience in research and development of polymer synthesis;
3. Strong research and development ability, dedication, hard work, and solid theoretical foundation;
4. CET-6 , able to read English literature proficiently.
