Responsibilities:
1. Participate in academics, exhibitions, investment conferences, etc., to obtain project information;
2. Business development, communication, Contract negotiation and business strategy formulation.
3. According to the company's annual strategic goals, responsible for collecting relevant information on BD projects, actively participating in the screening and formulation of projects, research and evaluation in the early stage of the market, analyzing industry competition pattern and technology evaluation, writing evaluation reports/recommendation reports, and comprehensively analyzing research results; responsible for goals Drafting, negotiation, signing and follow-up of project cooperation letters of intent and agreements.
4. Actively coordinate and communicate with the technology research and development team, analysis department, production department and other departments to formulate quotations, follow up project progress and obtain the latest needs of customers.
5. Regularly report the project progress and current problems to the leaders of the directly subordinate departments, keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and share them internally.
6. Help other BDs dig deep into customer needs from the perspective of market and technology.
Job requirements:
1. Graduated from refined chemical industry, bachelor degree or above, more than three years working experience in technology or marketing in the fields of electronic chemicals, functional materials, medicine, pesticides, flavors and fragrances;
2. Have certain financial and business knowledge !
