Xuzhou B&C Chemical Co., Ltd. ("Xuzhou B&C" or "the Company") is a national high-tech enterprise focused on developing and producing mid-to-high-end photoresists and related raw materials. The Company is led by Mr. Fu Zhiwei, who is a member of the 14th National People's Congress and an innovation and entrepreneurship talent in the Ministry of Science and Technology and a candidate for the national major talent project. Established in March 2010, Xuzhou B&C has a production base located in Pizhou, Jiangsu Province, with a research and development center based in Shanghai Songjiang Lingang Science and Technology Park. Equipped with internationally leading mid-to-high-end photoresist production lines and with a full range of photoresist testing and experimental analysis platforms, the Company has always regarded advancing the localization of critical semiconductor materials as its mission. Xuzhou B&C has currently realized complete industry chain coverage of "Monomer-Resin, Photo-Acid-Photoresist", successfully developed ArF/KrF monomers and photoresists, G/I-line photoresists, electron beam photoresists and other series of products that are widely used in integrated circuits, discrete devices, advanced packaging, and other fields. Its clients include major integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises in China, Japan, Korea, and other Asian-Pacific regions. The Company undertakes multiple key R&D and industrialization projects related to photoresists, such as sub-projects of the national "02 Special Project", the national key industry revitalization and technological transformation special project. Xuzhou Bokang has won two "China Good Technology" awards, one second prize of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Award, one Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, Precision, and Novel Product Award, and three new technology and product promotion honors awarded by Jiangsu Province. As of May 2023, the Company has had 116 pending invention patents and 65 authorized invention patents. In the next five years, Xuzhou B&C will continue to increase its R&D investment, consolidate its core independent intellectual property rights, expand its technological moat, forward-deploy new branches in the photolithography field, and delve deeply into the area of large chemical-related fields. The Company will also explore the application of foundational science in emerging national strategic industries, such as new energies, new materials, bio-medicine, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
