Responsibilities:
1. Acceptance of new projects Receive
new process data, determine the operational feasibility of process scale-up and the matching of pilot equipment;
write process stability verification operation records, and complete process stability verification.
2. Completion of the pilot scale-up
Compile the pilot plan, formulate the raw material procurement plan for the pilot production; organize the start-up meeting of the pilot project, improve the required materials;
propose the pilot equipment requirements and rectification requirements, and track the progress of equipment improvement;
write the pilot Production records;
process training for pilot test operators, and process discipline inspection during the pilot test process;
follow up the pilot test production throughout the process, and solve abnormal problems in the pilot test production;
complete the pilot test production summary of the project.
3. Process optimization
Find and optimize the points that can be optimized in the new process;
propose and implement the optimization plan according to the process problems found in the pilot test process;
complete the process optimization work proposed in the production.
4. Production of kilogram-level products
According to needs, complete the production of kilogram-level products and complete the summary report.
5. Daily work
Clean the laboratory every day to keep the experimental environment clean;
complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual summaries.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in chemistry and chemical engineering;
2. More than two years of experience in organic synthesis process optimization and amplification;
3. Solid theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis;
4. Skilled use of experimental equipment in the laboratory , able to independently complete small experiments, familiar with fine chemical production equipment and operating procedures;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative and good teamwork spirit;
6. Adapt to business trips.
